Bitter Plum Punch
- 2 oz Tamworth Garden Damson Plum Gin
- ¼ oz Bittermilk New Orleans Rogue
- ¼ oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 ½ oz Casamara Alta; Sparkling Amaro Club
- 12 Drops Addition Pink Peppercorn Bitters
- Grapefruit & Star Anise Garnish
Chill glass a coupe glass in the freezer. Add all ingredients except club to shaker tin and dry shake (aka without ice). Pour into chilled coupe glass over one square cube. Top with club and garnish with grapefruit peel & star anise.
