We may all be stuck at home but that doesn't mean we have to skimp on good cocktails! We've been revisiting some old recipes and adapting them to what you might have on hand. Experiment with some of our tips below on how to be crafty with a potentially limited bar cart during quarantine times.

Barrel-Aged Flora Martinez

Quarantine Troubleshooting:

No barrel-aged gin? – If you don’t have barrel-aged gin, but you do have dry gin and whiskey, try this one with 1.5 ounces of dry gin and .5 ounces of whiskey (blended Irish or American whiskey would work best, but feel free to experiment). The barrel aging flavors in the whiskey will help compensate for the missing barrel-aged gin.

No chicory vodka? – This ingredient gives the drink bittersweet notes. While it’s hard to replace, you can get close by adding a few drops of coffee vodka to the mixture (steep 2 tablespoons of coffee grinds in one cup of vodka for one hour. Filter out the coffee grounds before use.).
