KORBO Handmade Wire Baskets originate from Sweden in the early 1920's. Timeless, beautiful tools for fishermen, gardeners, or anyone who needed reliable carrying and storage that could stand weather, wind, wear and tear.
The unique technique in handicraft is the same today as it was then. The manufacturing is solely done by hand, and each wire in a KORBO basket is bent around a loop wire completely without welding points. This makes the construction self-supportive at all angles.
KORBO baskets are sold in two materials, manufactured in Sweden; Acid Proof steel and Galvanized Steel. Some basket models have been slightly adjusted to meet the demands of modern society and urban living.
