For Valentine’s Day 2017 we created a perfect cocktail using Tamworth Distilling’s (and Colonial Spirits’ very own bottle of booze) Sweet Lips Cherry Bounce. Don’t forget you can grab your cocktail accessories and taste Sweet Lips at the AITA store in Old City.


  • 4 to 6 fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
  • Leaves from a 3″ sprig of thyme, plus a sprig to garnish
  • 2 oz. Sweetlips Cherry Bounce
  • 3-4 oz. Ginger Ale

Directions: Add the cherries and thyme leaves to a rocks glass and muddle to break up the fruit and bruise the herbs. Add the cherry bounce and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice and top with the ginger ale, stir gently to blend. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
