- 2 oz Kinsey Rye
- 1 oz AITA Damson Plum Cordial
- Bittermens Scarborough Savory Herbal Bitters
- Charred Rosemary Smoke
- Cherry Garnish
Lay a 2 inch sprig of rosemary on a fireproof surface. Use a culinary torch to set the sprig on fire, and as soon as it starts to burn, cover the entire sprig of rosemary with the cocktail glass. The flame will die out quickly and the smoke will season the inside of the glass. Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice to chill thoroughly. Turn the smoked glass right side up and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
