We're celebrating National Whiskey Sour Day (August 25th) the only way we know how. Stop in on Saturday (8/25), pull up a seat at our tasting room bar, and enjoy our special Whiskey Sour menu feature! Here's a glimpse of what will be on offer — and the recipes if you want to shake one at home.


Sticks & Stones (AITA Apricot Whiskey Sour)
1½ oz AITA Apricot Whiskey
¾ oz Apricot-Honey-Tea Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Aquafaba
Bittermen's Boston Bittahs

Add all ingredients to a shaker full of ice, shake until Aquafaba is emulsified and strain into a rocks glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with boozy dried apricot and sprig of fresh thyme flowers. *Syrup — muddle apricot and equal parts honey and Terra Luna Tea.



Kinsey Whiskey Sour
1 1⁄2 oz Kinsey Bourbon
3⁄4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3⁄4 oz Simple Syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)
Lemon Wedge and Cherry Garnish



Combine bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.



Tamarind Whiskey Sour
1 1/2 oz Von Humboldt's Tamarind Cordial
1 1/2 oz Kinsey Bourbon
1/2 tbsp Simple Syrup
Squeeze of Fresh Lime
Orange Peel and Cocktail Cherry Garnish



Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel and a cocktail cherry.
