Dutch Blood Orange:
- 2 oz. New Liberty Dutch Malt Whiskey
- ¼ oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Directions: Muddle some sugar and a wheel of blood orange flesh at the base of a stirring glass with the orange bitters until sugar has dissolved. Add whiskey, and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a blood orange wedge.
