Muddle mint and Pink House Alchemy's Sarsaparilla Syrup in the bottom of a Julep Cup and add a scoop of crushed ice. Stir with a bar spoon to integrate the liquid with the ice. Add another scoop of ice to the top, and pack it until it is rounded over the top of the rim. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
