- ½ oz Orange Juice
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- Bittermens Elemakule Tiki®️ Bitters
Add above ingredients, except for cream, to tin. Add ice and shake. Pour over ice into tall tiki glass or mug. Whip the cream of coconut on the side, and use it to top off the drink. Garnish with charred pineapple and grated nutmeg.
* To make charred pineapple juice, juice 1 part lightly charred pineapple (from a hot grill, or frying pan), and add it to 1 part fresh pineapple juice. Strain out any charred pulp to yield brighter color.
