Start off the new year with a new cocktail. This twist on the classic Old Fashioned uses bone marrow infused Kinsey Bourbon. Bone marrow adds a silky mouthfeel to the whiskey, while bay leaf bitters and a chive garnish add herbaceous aromas. Available through the month of January at our tasting room bar.
Bone Broth Old Fashioned
- 1½ oz Bone Marrow Infused Kinsey Bourbon
- ¼ oz Black Peppercorn Maple Simple Syrup
- 1 Drop Dashfire Bay Leaf Bitters
- Chive Garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass full of ice. Stir and strain into a rocks glass with a king cube or ice sphere. Garnish with chive.
