Featured cocktails:

MARTELLO TOWER

A twist on the classic Irish Coffee, inspired by Buck Mulligan's morning beverage. Strong Irish Breakfast Tea, made a bit stronger with the addition of Brothership Irish-American Whiskey, topped with freshly whipped cream and a touch of sugar.

JAFFA

Vodka & Tonic provided a crisp, clean background for the Mediterranean flavors in Bloom's advertisement-inspirired daydream. A citrusy base of grapefruit bitters and an orange wedge balance out savory Jack Rudy Vermouth Olives and a sprig of rosemary.

SWEETS OF A SIN

A Highball cocktail with flavors from Moylan's gift basket of treats for Molly, and a name taken rom the romance novel Bloom picks up for her. AITA Sierra Fig Cordial stands in for the port in the basket, with its similar raisin-like, nutty notes, and a fig garnish lends the drink some suggestive visual symbolism. Kinsey Bourbon adds more boozy sweetness, which is balanced by the tart pear shrub.

NIGHBLUE FRUIT

A nightcap, inspired by the penultimate chapter. Art in the Age Damson Plum Cordial is a nod to the "nightblue fruit" from this famous line, as well as Plumtree's Potted Meat which pops up throughout the novel. Spiced Guinness syrup adds a hint of the iconic beer.
