About The Green Hour:

The Green Hour is a passion project started by Natalia & Taddeo, a Philadelphia couple with a penchant for discovering new spirits and collecting vintage glassware. Dubbed “The Green Hour” after the 19th-century tradition of imbibing absinthe in the afternoon hours in Belle Epoque, Paris, the project started as an attempt to recreate some favorite cocktails from Philly’s burgeoning bar scene. It eventually evolved into an IG account to share original creations, new discoveries, as well as favorite recipes and resources.

By day, Natalia works as creative director of a local think tank, while Taddeo works in business development for a global travel management company. Off the clock, they scour local bars, flea markets, and cocktail books for inspiration to share with fellow cocktail enthusiasts.
