While most flavored whiskey relies on artificial, cloyingly sweet flavors, our Apricot Whiskey was created by pressing fresh apricots, adding the nectar to a barrel of rye whiskey, and leaving it to mellow for over five months. The result is delicious: deep, malty notes from the rye base, tart apricot flavor and aroma, a hint of wood and mellow leather from the barrel, and sweetness for balance from wildflower honey.

A Seasonal Sour
- 1½ oz AITA Apricot Whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- Royal Rose Organic Natural Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Ground Cinnamon
Directions: In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients with the egg last. Dry shake to emulsify egg white, add ice and shake to chill. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with fresh grated cinnamon.
