We thought cricket bitters would pair perfectly with another unusual critter-based product — our Eau de Musc whiskey, infused with castoreum from beaver sacs. Our featured cocktail may not be for the squeamish, but those with an open mind will find a lot to enjoy about this adventurous twist on a classic Old Fashioned.

1 1/2 oz House of Tamworth's Eau De Musc Bourbon
A Pinch of Raw Sugar
Orange Peel Garnish
Place pinch of Raw Sugar (less than 1/4 tea spoon) in the bottom of a rocks glass. Saturate sugar with Toasted Cricket Bitters, muddle. Place one large rock over the sugar. Pour Eau de Musc over ice. Express Orange Peel over glass, rim the edge of glass with peel, then tuck in glass alongside ice.
